QXQM-2 Heavy-duty Full-directional Planetary Ball Mill

Applications:
On basis of vertical planetary ball mill, the omnidirectional planetary ball mill adds the function of planetary disc overturning. While planetary disc and mill jars are doing planetary movement, they can also do 360 degree overturning in a stereo space to realize multi-directional and multi-dimensional movement of ball mill jars, and to improve degree of disordered movement of balls and materials. All material are ground inside the mill jars without dead angle, which makes grinding materials more uniform and finer. This kind of ball mill solves common issues such as sinking to the jar's bottom and sticking to the jar's wall.Heavy-duty full-directional planetary ball mill is designed for large batch production with sliding door based on laboratory type of full-directional planetary ball mill. This kind of machine can be matched with the support lifting and feeding devices which are adopted with integrated design. The feeding device incorporates the technology of vibrating screening and discharging for simple and convenient operation. It realizes easy and fast picking up, discharging and loading of mill jars, reduces labor intensity and improves production efficiency.

1. Stable revolving speed of the gear transmission ensures the consistency and repeatability of the experiment.
2. Planetary movement principle is adopted in the machine, which has high speed, large energy, high efficiency, small Granularity.
3. Four powder samples from different sizes and different materials can be produced at one time.
4. The machine is controlled by frequency converter, you may choose ideal rotating speed according to expected experimental result. The converter is equipped with device of under voltage and over-current to protect the motor.
5. The planetary ball mill has functions of timing power off, self-timing forward and reversal rotating. You may choose freely any operation modes of one-way direction, alternation, succession, time setting according to experimental needs, so as to improve efficiency of grinding.
